Spinach is good for skin, hairs, cardiac functionality and provides energy through iron and magnesium for daily activities.
Spinach can be eaten in raw form after properly washing, after boiling in salads, or in cooked dishes.
5. Lemon / لیموں
People increase the use of vitamin C when they are caught with cold or flu. The citrus food items have higher amount of vitamin C which boost the immune system to help us fight the flu and protect us from bacterial attacks.
Vitamin C is present in almost all of citrus fruits including lemons, grapefruits, oranges, limes etc. However, lemons are easily available to be used as source of vitamin C. Vitamin C increase the production of white blood cells that help the body to fight the external harmful agents.
